Things have been (socially) quiet in the [AD] camp. This summer has proven to be a bit busier for me than I originally intended. For those of you who don't know, I am a stage hand for Live Nation and work quite often around the Bay Area. With it being summer, concerts tend to happen every weekend as well as during the week. That along with my day job as a head cook are only two of the reasons why I've been hiding in the shadows.Aside from the act of making money to support my musical addictions, I've taken this time to hone my skills with Ableton, as well as other MIDI applications and techniques, all while looking at [AD] from a different angle. The new material I've been working on has me shifting in a new direction, both musically and visually. By the time I'm done putting these new songs together and building a new live set, [AD] will have shed its skin and evolved to the next step. But as we know, these things take time, so patience is of the utmost importance.I want to take a moment to thank those of you who have downloaded The Contrast EP and who continue to support my endeavors. I am grateful for your time and hope you continue with me on this journey, because it only gets better. |
